Savoia-Pomilio SP.3 from the left

Here we see a Savoia-Pomilio SP.3 two-seat reconnaissance and bomber biplane from the left, clearly showing its relationship to the pre-war Farman pushers. Despite this older layout the SP.3 was an important Italian aircraft from the summer of 1917, equipping one quarter of all front line aviation units.
