Panzer II ausf F knocked out at Mateur
Here we see a Panzer II ausf F that had been knocked out by British guns during the fighting around Mateur in Tunisia, during the first Allied attempt to reach Tunis. This attempt failed, and the fighting lasted over the winter of 1942-43.
