Here we see cavalry from the Northampton Yeomanry crossing a stream somewhere in Italy at some point during the 1917-18 period. This was one of a series of pictures taken by the same photographer, and look to have been taken some way behind the front line where the cavalry were free to carry out a series of manoeuvres.
