Here we see Churchill's seat and table in his private cabin in Consolidated Liberator II AL504 'Commando', his personal transport at key moments of the Second World War. The aircraft is seen here just after it returned from Consolidated at San Diego where it was extended by seven feet to make space for Churchill's cabin.
