Sir Robert S. Horne, Minister of Labour 1919-20
Here we see Sir Robert S. Horne, who served under Lloyd George as Minister of Labour in 1919-20. He served as Chancellor of the Exchequer in 1921-22, but despite being a Unionist refused to serve in Bonar Law's conservative government, ending his ministerial career.
