Here we see the Type II Hunt class escort destroyer HMS Chiddingfold. She was commissioned in October 1941 and served with the Royal Navy for the rest of the Second World War. In the 1950s she was first leased, then sold to India, where she served as INS Ganga from 1953 until 1975, serving as a training ship at the end of her career.
