Halifax Gunners checking Ammo Feed
Here we see the mid-upper and tail gunners of a Handley Page Halifax checking the ammo feed for their turrets before a raid on Italy. The presence of the mid-upper turret means this must be the Halifax Mk II or later, as the Mk I had no upper turret. This serves as a reminder of how complex these aircraft were.
