This final page of E. Griffin's log book had a record of his crew while serving with No.500 Squadron. They are: Jerry Squires (pilot), Cliff Laker (navigator), Carilie Townsey, (wireless operation/ W/AG) and E. Griffin, Danny Harrison, Daddy Speg (?), Benny Tye and Eddie Sterndale, all wireless operation/ air gunners (W/AGS). This appears to have been added much later. Assuming Squires is the same person as F/O Shires, the vast majority of his flights were with Squires at the controls.
