Here we see E Griffin's final training flights at the secret No.3 RDF School at Prestwick in October 1942. DNCO stands for Duty Not Carried Out, SI U/S suggests that the equipment was un-servicable. The second flight was carried out later on the day, probably after the broken equipment had been fixed.
