German Tanks from the Air, Eastern Front
This aerial photograph shows a group of German armoured vehicles somewhere on the Eastern Front. All are pointing towards the bottom of the picture. Some of the tanks at the bottom look to be Panzer IVs, and there are plenty of lighter tanks and armoured cars in the group. The smoke probably comes from flares or other smoke generators rather than enemy bombs. Exactly when this picture was taken in unclear, with dates in 1942 and 1943 given.
