German Delegates at Spa, April 1919
Here we see the German delegates at one of the post-war conferences, in this case held at Spa in April 1919. Amongst other things the conference covered the delivery of agricultural machinery and the fate of Danzig. From left to right we see Herr Erzberger (minister responsible for the terms of the Armistice), Dr Heinrich Sahn (Burgomaster of Danzig), Freiherr Langwerth von Simmern (Under-Secretary of State) and Secretary de Driesen.
