This page from Lt. D.W. Gay's Log Book covers his flying experiences from 10-22 July 1944. This makes the start of his conversion to the Martin B-26 Marauder , and saw him make eight flights with six different pilots, acting as both 1st and 2nd Navigator. After one flight for air experience the real training got underway and bombs were dropped on almost every flight after that.
