French Searchlight at St. Goar on the Rhine
Here we see a sizable French searchlight positioned at St. Goar on the Rhine, late in 1918 or in 1919. In the background is the village of Wellmich, with Maus Castle on the hill above. This is close to Katz Castle, built by a rival power on the Rhine.
