French Parade at Molsheim, late 1918
Here we see French troops marching through Molsheim in Alsace on their way to Strasbourg, in late November 1918. The town had been part of Germany since the Franco-Prussian War, and was largely German speaking until after the Second World War, but a sizable crowd has still come out to watch the parade.
