Sir Maurice de Bunsen driven though Santiago, Chile, 1918
Here we see the British envoy to South America, Sir Maurice de Bunsen (left, with white beard), being driven through Santiago, Chile, on his way to present his credentials to the President of Chile. The Chilean army was strong influenced by Prussia, including the famous spiked helmet worn by the Prussian military representative.
