Boulton Paul Balliol T 1 Prototype

Here we see the prototype of the Boulton Paul Balliol T 1 trainer. This aircraft was meant to be powered by a turbo-prop engine, but both of the designs considered were delayed, so it first flew in this configuration, powered by a Bristol Mercury radial engine.
