Aichi D3A1 'Val' from the left
Here we see the Aichi D3A1 Model 11 'Val' in flight. This model can be identified by the lack of a spinner on the propeller and the short rear cockpit. The dive brakes can jus tbe made out under the wings, and a formation of three more aicraft can be seen at the bottom right.
