USS Richard B Anderson (DD-786) during FRAM I upgrade
Here we see the Gearing class destroyer USS Richard B Anderson (DD-786) and an unknown sister ship in the middle of their FRAM I upgrades at the Puget Sound Navy Yard late in 1960. It looks like most of her original superstructure has been removed, and the new bridge is being built on both ships.
