USS Davison (DMS-37) in harbor, 1945
Here we see the Gleaves class destroyer USS Davison (DMS-37) in harbour at some point in 1945. This picture must have been taken after 23 June, when she was reclassified from DD-618, during her conversion into a fast minesweeper. She was then sent to the Pacific where she operated in the Yellow Sea.
