3.7in AA Gun, Western Desert, c.1941
Here we see a British 3.7in anti-aircraft gun in the Western Desert, c. 1941. The 3.7in AA gun was the main mobile heavy anti-aircraft gun used by the British and had a slightly higher calibre than the famous German 88mm anti-aircraft guns.
