Douglas A-20K Havoc

The Douglas A-20K was a glass-nosed “lead ship” produced to work alongside the solid nosed A-20H. It was essentially the same as the earlier A-20J, which had been produced to work alongside the A-20G. Like the A-20H the A-20K was powered by the R-2600-29 Twin Cyclone. 412 A-20Ks were built, of which 90 went to the RAF, where they received the designation Boston V. A large proportion of the remaining aircraft went to the Soviet Union.
