Battle between Prussians and Austrians during the War of the Austrian Succession. The battle started with the Austrian cavalry driving the Prussian right off the battle field. Frederick the Great was directly commanding the right, and was persuaded to leave the battlefield, the only time he left a battlefield before the battle was actually lost. After Frederick left, the Prussian infantry showed it's superiority to the Austrian, and resisted every Austrian attack, both infantry and cavalry, before finally inflicting a defeat on the Austrians.
