Vladislav S. Ribnikar
The crouching figure here is Vladislav S. Ribnikar, the nephew of Vladimir Ribnikar, founder of the Serbian newspaper Politika. Vladislav served as the paper's editor between the wars, and as Tito's Minister of Infomation in 1944, as well as in the post-war Yugoslav government.
