HMS Valiant from HMS Queen Elizabeth
Here we see the battleship HMS Valiant from the deck of her sister-ship HMS Queen Elizabath. This shows the Valiant after her major pre-war refit, with a greatly enlarged bridge area. Behind and to the right is the French battleship Richelieu, back in Allied service by 1945.
