Tiger I knocked out during Operation Goodwood
Here we see a Tiger I (tactical number 313) that had been knocked out by Allied bombing at the start of Operation Goodwood. Although the use of heavy bombers in Normandy is controversial, German sources from the time all make it clear that it could be very effective, as seen here.
