Here we see the third version of the Sopwith 2FR.2 Bulldog, which combined the two bay wings of the second version with an A.B.C. Dragonfly radial engine. This fixed engine required a different cowling to the rotary engines of the first two versions, with the cylinder heads exposed to the air to improve cooling.
