Signpost near Caen
Here we see two Canadian soldiers passing a rather encouraging signpost seen near Caen, at some point during Operation Goodwood, although the road itself actually heads north-east, from Caen towards the coast at Cabourg and Deauville, so was actually going in a different direction to the attacking troups.
