Here we see the text of a Short Snorter certificate that was issued to Sgt James W. Taylor after he was flown across the Mediterreanean on a bomber from the 92nd Bombardment Group. Short Snorters were original bank notes signed by everyone on a trans-Oceanic flight, but given the huge amount of people being flown around by 1945 that was clearly no longer practical.
