Ruins of Aunay-sur-Odon
Here we see the ruins of Aunay-sur-Odon, a village to the south -west of Caen that was destroyed in RAF bombing raids on 14-15 June 1944, as it was a key crossroads being used by the Germans to move tanks up to the front around Villers Bocage.
