Ram Kangaroo Armoured Personnel Carrier

The Ram Kangaroo was an Armoured Personnel Carrier produced by removing the turret from the Canadian Ram Medium Tank. The Ram Kangoroo saw combat in north-western Europe in 1944-45, and inspired copies based on the Sherman and the M7 Priest. This is one of the original Ram Kangoroos, identified by the hatch at the front right, machine gun at front left and lack of the Priest's 'pulpit'. Here we see a column of Rams passing through Gemen (or Gemon) near Borken in the Rhineland.
