Plans of Wittelsbach Pre-Dreadnought Battleships

Plans of Wittelsbach Pre-Dreadnought Battleships
These plans show the Wittelsbach class pre-dreadnought battleships, a minor improvement over the previous Kaiser class ships. They were armed with four 240mm guns in twin turrets fore and aft (with the forward guns one layer higher than the aft guns), and eighteen 150mm guns, nine on each side. These were widely scattered along the length of the ship. Two on each side were carried in positions below the forward 240mm turret. Two on each side were in turrets on the same level as these and the rear 240mm turret. Five on each side were carried in positions amidships on the next deck down.
