Plans of Shikishima Class Battleships
These plans show the battleship Shikishima, armed with four 12in guns in twin turrets fore and aft and fourteen 6in guns, six on the same level as the main guns and eight on the level below. Her sister ship Hatsuse was sunk by a Russian mine in 1904. The Asahi was similar, but with two funnels.
