Japanese Pillbox on Tarakan
Here we see Australian troops examining an obvious abandoned Japanese pillbox on Tarakan Island, during their invasion of Borneo. This shows how well these pillboxes could be hidden, but is very clearly a staged picture, not least because of the position of the camera man.
