Front view of Pfalz D.III
This front view of the Pfalz D.III single seat fighter shows the different wing spans, and the unusual chimney exhaust, in this case flopping down to the side and venting the exhausts along the right hand side of the aircraft. The bulky object between the wings is a box being used to raise the tail of the aircraft.
