Formation of North American P-51 Mustangs
Here we see a formation of North American P-51 Mustangs, one of the later models with the bubble cockpit canopy, each carrying two drop tanks. The picture was originally published in a US recognition guide to demonstrate how the drop tanks could change the appearance of the aircraft from different angles.
