Nakajima Ki-43-II Oscar XJ005
Here we see an Nakajima Ki-43-II Oscar that was captured on Hollandia and restored to working order by the Americans. Like at least one other Oscar that was repaired on
Hollandia, it was then given the tail markings used by the pre-war USAAC, although with the current 'stars and bards' insignia.
