Here we see three of the Italian generals captured after the second battle of El Alamein.
On the left is Major General Giorgio Masina, commander of the Trento motorised division.
In the centre is Major General Brunetto Brunetti, commanding officer of the Brescia infantry division.
On the right is Brigadier General Mario Bignami, probably the second in command of the Trento division.
