General Mangin decorating 22nd Colonial Artillery
Here we see General Mangin fixing the Legion of Honour to the flag of the 22nd Colonial Artillery, a reward for its performance in the final victories of 1918. The ceremony took place at Krueznach in the French occupied part of Germany.
