London Irish Rifles in Austria Countryside
Here we see troops from the 2nd Battalion London Irish Rifles patrolling in the Austrian mountains hunting for possible SS holdouts, part of the myth of the 'National Redoubt' that distracted the Allies in the last few weeks of the war, but that didn't actually exist.
