Formation of Hawker Hurricanes in Flight
There isn't enough detail visible to be able to say which version of the Hurricane we see here, although it would appear to a machine gun armed version, lacking the protruding gun tubes of the cannon armed versions. The original wartime context suggests they might be Mk.IIs, as was every other Hurricane on the same page of the US Recognition magazine
