Here we see the Bealge class destroyer HMS Scourge from the right, with part of her crew lined up on the forecastle for some sort of formal event. The glimpse of coast to the right looks like the sea front at a seaside resort, so this picture might have been taken during one of the regular visits to British ports carried out before the First World War.
