HMS Porpoise as the Maranhao from the right
Here we see the Acasta class destroyer HMS Porpoise during her time as the Brazilian destroyer Maranhao, which lasted from 1927 to 1945. Her classic British First World War lines can still be seen, with the raised forecastle and small bridge structure .
