Side view of HMS Neptune
Here we see a side view of the battleship HMS Neptune, the first to alter the basic layout adopted on the Dreadnought. Here we can see the single forward turret, the port side turret and the superfiring rear turrets, as well the tripod masts common to early British dreadnoughts and battlecruisers.
