HMS Fairy in Victorian Livery
Here we see the Fairfield 30-knot destroyer HMS Fairy in her early Victorian livery. The number 5 on the side of her bridge is probably her number within the single large flotilla that the British destroyers were organised in at first. She became a C Class Destroyer in 1912, the group for 30 knot destroyers with three funnels
