Here we see the King George V class battleship HMS Duke of York firing her main guns at some point during the Second World War. Note the dramatic smoke ring created by one of the guns.

Largely focuses on the construction of the Duke of York, using a collection of photographs taken by the builders combined with their regular shipyard reports. Gives a really impressive view of just how much effort went into building these battleships, and how impressive the shipyards that produced them were.
