HMS Boyne in drydock

Here we see the River class destroyer HMS Boyne in dry dock, allowing us to see the graceful shape of her bow. In this picture the guns on either side of her bridge have been moved up to forecastle level from their original position in sponsons at main deck level, and the port gun can just be made out.
