'G' Class Destroyer HMS Basilisk
HMS Basilisk was a 'G' Class Destroyer, completed in 1910. The 'G' Class destroyers were designed to be cheaper than the large Tribal class destroyers, but have the range to reach Germany. They mainly served in the Mediterranean during the First World War, and the Basilisk was scrapped in 1921.
