HMAS Yarra in Dry Dock

Here we see the Australian River class destroyer HMS Yarra in a rather unusual high level drydock in Livorno, Italy, in October 1918. This unusual picture gives us a very good view of her rudder and propellers, although one does rather wonder how she got up there!
