Handley Page Halifax Mk VIII from the front
This picture shows a Handley Page Halifax Mk.VIII from the front. This was the transport version of the Halifax, which had all of the gun positions removed and faired over. From this angle we can see the smooth glazed nose and the lack of an upper turret.
