German Troops fleeing through Falaise Gap

German Troops fleeing through Falaise Gap
Here we see a column of German vehicles attempting to escape through the Falaise Gap in 1944. The column enters the picture at top right and heads down to the railway line, where it is forced to turn right to follow the road alongside the railway as far as the underpass at the bottom left. Just past that bridge the column is having to split up to get around a large bomb crater just off the road.
